Vadym dropped by, quickly figured out why our fridge was acting up, showed us exactly what the problem was, grabbed a replacement part and we were up and running in no time. Super pro, super friendly, and would absolutely recommend him for any of your appliance needs.
In the past year, I have called Vadym twice regarding issues with my washing machine. In both instances, he took the time to review photos and walk me through troubleshooting over the phone. He could have easily told me he had to come out and assess, while collecting at minimum a service fee, but instead he gave his time to help me figure out the issues over the phone. This level of customer service is hard to find and his approach has guaranteed All Appliance will be our first call for all appliance issues moving forward.
I highly recommend Vadym for appliance repairs. I recently tried to fix my washing machine pump myself. While I managed to solve the drainage problem, I created a leak in the process.
Vadym took the time to speak with me over the phone and encouraged me to give it one more try since I had already done most of the work and was “almost there.” He predicted the problem might be a misplaced screw and encouraged me to try the fix and scheduled a repair visit for the next day just in case it didn’t work.
