I called in for an issue with my washer, and was told it might be a plumbing issue that they don’t service. Rather than leaving it there, though, they took the time to investigate my issue and help me do some simple troubleshooting, and I was able to fix my issue with their guidance. They didn’t have to take the extra time to help me but they did anyway, and probably saved me a couple hundred bucks in the process. You can trust this company!
Vadym dropped by, quickly figured out why our fridge was acting up, showed us exactly what the problem was, grabbed a replacement part and we were up and running in no time. Super pro, super friendly, and would absolutely recommend him for any of your appliance needs.
In the past year, I have called Vadym twice regarding issues with my washing machine. In both instances, he took the time to review photos and walk me through troubleshooting over the phone. He could have easily told me he had to come out and assess, while collecting at minimum a service fee, but instead he gave his time to help me figure out the issues over the phone. This level of customer service is hard to find and his approach has guaranteed All Appliance will be our first call for all appliance issues moving forward.
