I have been trying to locate a part for my fridge for 5 days, and Fix It Guy helped me. He looked up the information and directed me how to order the part, even knowing that he wasn't going to benefit. THANK YOU!

We have used this company twice at the recommendation of my building manager. Not only were they incredibly timely in their scheduling of service calls for both our washing machine and dryer than were failing (two separate instances a few months apart), but they recognized our urgent need for replacement so that our business was uninterrupted. Thank you Kevin and crew for saving us yet again!

I called them at 8AM and spoke with Shelby, who was so incredibly pleasant and so accommodating. Fix it Guy (so mad I cannot remember his name!) was at my home before 11AM. He was efficient, quick, kind, and very funny, so we actually enjoyed his visit . . . even though he told us our refrigerator compressor was dead and wasn't worth repairing. He gave us really insightful information about purchasing a new one, and after doing some research on our own, we literally went out the next day and bought the one he had suggested. We feel like the worst for not remembering his name, but our experience with Fix it Guy was really great. Thank you!
