He recently had to find a solution for my central air crapping out in the middle of this heat dome (I hate animals, fried the system). Others would have taken me to town, not Russ. He presented me multiple options with pros and cons. The guy is honest to the T and his whole company runs that way. I appreciate what a rarity Russ and Nibroc are in our world now. “Been a customer of Nick for over 10 years. He did all the plumbing for our two bathroom remodels. He also installed a new boiler and hot water heater. For any unexpected plumbing / heating issue, Nick and his team have been quick to respond. After the Merrimack Valley gas explosions happened in 2018, our water heater stopped venting when it was turned back on. Nick installed a new vent pipe in our chimney. I never knew plumbers even did that work, but he did it -- going up over 30ft on a ladder in the pouring rain.
