“I had several plumbing items that needed to be addressed shortly after purchasing my home. Dan Dunn Plumbing quoted a fair price. All the services worked on by Ryan and Dillon were completed to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after their work was done and everything was spotless.

Coincidently, our washing machine shut-off valve failed two days before their scheduled visit to the house. We had to turn the main off until they arrived. “David's is the BEST! I used Carters in July of 2024 to clean my oil furnace. I have previously used David's Heating & Cooling located in Merrimac, MA. but Carters pricing is much less expensive. Two nights ago I had the fire department at my home for Carbon Monoxide. Not only did the Carters Technician put the incorrect valve on my furnace but he never vacuumed it out. The incorrect valve and the poor quality of work almost killed my family. We were saved by our carbon monoxide detectors and the fire department. Please take this review seriously. “Been a customer of Nick for over 10 years. He did all the plumbing for our two bathroom remodels. He also installed a new boiler and hot water heater. For any unexpected plumbing / heating issue, Nick and his team have been quick to respond. After the Merrimack Valley gas explosions happened in 2018, our water heater stopped venting when it was turned back on. Nick installed a new vent pipe in our chimney. I never knew plumbers even did that work, but he did it -- going up over 30ft on a ladder in the pouring rain.

I had received quotes from 5 different companies; one looked at our job for 5 minutes and left, and the others provided various load sizes but no explanation as to why they recommended that size. Dowling did their due diligence to look at all of our space to calculate the appropriate load size for our unit as well as the ductwork layout (both the vent locations and the duct lines to minimize ceiling impact) so the system is as efficient as it can be. They're willing to explain why they made their recommendation and educate me better, which was important to me considering the investment. Ductwork and installation went smoothly and the technicians worked through a 100+ degree day to get the AC turned on (one tech actually finished our job and left for another at 6pm that same day). Would highly recommend Dowling. They educate, provide reason behind a recommendation, and the pricing is competitive. All well worth it to gain peace of mind that I have the best system and layout for my needs.“
