“They were fast on time “spot on diagnosis “ and “on time” repair ! A Life Saver!!!!! I’ll use Mr Rooter from now on!! I had waited 4 days for my home warranty company to send a plumber . I had water coming up from the floor in both bathrooms and the bathtub and could not shower or use the bathroom all 4 days . Called Mr Rooter that morning and had issue fixed and running water with no leaks by 530pm the same day. “Of course it’s Saturday morning when I my flipped on the garbage disposal and it looked like volcano erupting out the sink almost to the ceiling. I wasn’t a former customer, but my former company had a voicemail that was full, “Good bye”. I called Payne, they were there in under and hour and finished unclogging the drain in an hour. Very appreciative of the professional, courteous and quick service. They will be be my new plumbing & HVAC go to. Thanks to JJ and Bonsai for their repeated recommendations!“

“We used Whitlock for a newly constructed log cabin They have been courteous and professional from the rough in to final trim out. They have also been patient with me while wait for other phases of construction to be completed before conducting their work. Unexpectedly, they put the handles on the refrigerator during final trim out. This was not necessary to the operation of the water/ice dispenser. Great job. Definitely use them again.“
