My 80 year old mother had a terrible experience with Universal Plumbing from terrible work, to poor appointment keeping and awful and terribly rude customer service from dispatcher.I decided to help her, so I called Fitzgerald, the company my husband and I use. They were so pleasant on the phone and actually showed up when they said they were!! Robbie, the technician, was helpful, pleasant, kind and competent! He was out of there in less than an hour!I highly recommend this company!!
