“Brandon is an exceptional employee of Oswalt's. He called @ 109pm and was here at 118pm! I showed him the problem and within no time he was inside installing the new shower arm. Not only that I presented him with something else i needed done that I had not previously requested and he was more than happy to oblige me and apply a new DAP sealant around the shower floor.
