About American Leak Detection of Shreveport
American Leak Detection of Shreveport technicians were very efficient and competent. They let customers know what they were doing and made them extremely comfortable with their work. One technician did a great job at finding where the leak was from a plumbing line. He was very transparent at showing where the leak was and what exactly he was going to do to repair it. Professional and honest, he fixed the leak and followed up the following day. After a month of trying to solve and research the problem, they handled it in a couple of hours. The diagnoses fee is high, but it will be returned quickly with resolving the leak and the amount of water having to be added. They found a leak within 15 minutes and gave a drastic price reduction because they found it quickly. Very reliable company, employees all wonderful and nice. They were on time. One customer had a bad leak for two months without standing water on 30 acres. Two plumbers could not find the leak, but this company found it. This company is amazing.
American Leak Detection is Professional and thorough. They showed up on time and got right to work trying to locate the source of the leak. They are very knowledgeable about issues around the home that may be causing or affecting a leak. I would definitely recommend them when you were trying to track down a problem.
American Leak Detection is highly recommended. The appointment was at 11 and they were right on time. Matt was friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered our questions and explained everything he was doing. He didn't even mind my husband watching him pressure test the pool pipes. He didn't stop when he found a leak, he checked all of the pool to make sure there weren't any others. He then fixed the leak, which is great because I thought they were only going to find it. I would recommend 100%.
Michael with American Leak Detection arrived on time, he communicated the process and told me his findings quickly. He was nice, knowledgeable and quick! We had all of the information provided to take next steps with our pool. Highly recommend!
