Called at 7;26a.m., serviceman gone by 8:30 after fixing my heating unit. Love the prompt, efficient service. Serviceman was polite and really good about explaining the problem. Will definitely call them again if I have ac or heating problems.

Got a call from my wife that our AC unit wasn’t cooling. In the middle of a heat wave, I told her I’d make a call, but to start coming up with a back up plan because everyone was going to be backed up. Spoke with Mr. Mark, and Brad was at our house 3 hours later! He quickly diagnosed the problem accurately, and got us back cooling in no time! Can’t recommend DMR enough!!Service: Repair HVAC
