I called Plumb Tite and they immediately sent Austin out to look at our water heater. Austin showed me that our water heater has reached its life span. We had to buy a new water heater . From the beginning to the end Austin insured everything was running properly. Austin is a Great asset to Plumb Tite. Thank You Plumb Tite Family!!!

Steve S. was very honest, polite, and explained everything to where I could understand. If I had the money to get this bath tub issue resolved I would have gone with Steve…but I didn’t so I will keep searching. He was a great guy.Thank You, Steve S.
