Austin was great. Diagnosed and fixed the issue in 30 seconds. Then was very patience in explaining and education me on how to take care of future problems. Appreciate all he did for us :)

Dale did a fantastic job. Super knowledgeable. Been in the business for 20 plus years. Hot water heater went bad the night before. Arrived on site early. Called ahead. Had a quote within 20 minutes of being on site. Was even able to provide a discount and beat out competitors. Gave me a time frame of how long to it would take to complete. Returned within 1 hour and was completed within two hours. Highly recommend reaching out to Plumb Tite and ask for Dale!

Dale diagnosed the issue with my Hot Water Dispenser on Saturday. I ordered a new dispenser and filter which was delivered Sunday. Dale came back late Monday afternoon and installed it quickly and efficiently...and at a fair cost. Great, friendly service. I definitely recommend Plumb Tite for any plumbing needs in NKY. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.
