My technician was Warren, he went out of his way to get the job done in a timely manner, very courteous and professional. in the future, if I need a plumber, I will request him if I have friends or family members that need a plumber I will suggested they reach out to Roto router and request Warren to come out and take a look at their problem he was great.
Same-day service on a Sunday to fix a grease-clogged sink. Plumber was incredibly kind and respectful. My only complaint is that it took him about 6 minutes to do the work required. However, he was in my house for over an hour talking.
What started as pleasant small talk, became a constant conversation that interrupted his progress every 30 seconds to come speak with me in the other room.
After the work was done and I told him my wife is waiting to pull into the driveway with our toddler, he still talked for another 15+ minutes. My wife gave up, parked on the street, and woke up the toddler to carry her in.
