Corbin was excellent — immediately identified the issue (which was more than I was anticipating) and did the repair same day in approx. 2hrs time. Clearly knowledgable, explained clearly. Will use again if/when I have another issue!
I discovered water leaking from the upstairs. Water all over the floor. Ceiling bulging and about to burst. Called Pipe Surgeon Plumbing at 8 a.m.. Within about thirty minutes they arrived. I was impressed with their knowledge, skills, and customer rapport. The leak was quickly fixed. All of my questions answered. I highly recommend Pipe Surgeon Plumbing.
Two updates: two weeks later, Pipe Surgeon also repaired a pipe that had frozen, burst, and flooded the entire first floor of my home. They tamed it quickly! Corbin and rob were amazing, kind, friendly, patient and understanding!! They explained everything, were extremely thorough in their process to ensure the problem was resolved.
