Taylor showed up right on time, looked at the problem (backup into basement tub) and explained what he thought the issue was. And we learned things about our house that we never knew. Within minutes of getting his camera into the line, he found the clog and then showed us exactly where in the line the clog was. He then snaked out the clog, checked the entire line through the house and out to the septic. Very efficient and all in video so we could see too.
