I have been a customer of Master's Supply for over 30 years. In that time I have seen a lot of people come and go. The team that Kevin has built around the company right now is some of the best in the plumbing industry. It is hard to find sales associates with the knowledge that you will find here. In no order, the counter guys Russ, Evan, Joe and Matt are an excellent team. They all work well together to help each other and to ensure that you as the customer get what you are asking for.The service doesn't stop at the counter. On a recent fishing trip I came across a friend who is in sales at Masters Supply in Lexington. During our conversation I mentioned some issues I have had with my home in Winchester that caused considerable damage. Without hesitation Justin immediately ask me to stop by on Monday and look at a Milwaukie tool that he had that could forever end my drama in my home.The following week I did go see Justin and he proceeded to demonstrate the Milwaukie M12 Stick, and so I bought it.
