Donny from Ace Plumbing was outstanding. He helped us move our water main shutoff valve to a much more accessible location, relocated an outdoor hose bib, and secured another one. From start to finish, his communication was excellent. He clearly explained the work, walked us through the process, and made sure we understood our options. His pricing was very fair, the quality of work was top-notch, and he was fast, efficient, and professional throughout. It’s rare to find someone who combines great craftsmanship with great communication, but Donny does both. Donny was recommended on Reddit by a few people, so I gave him a call about my issue. He was VERY helpful on the phone. He explained a lot of things to me, which I really appreciated. Understanding what's going on in my home aside, I enjoy learning new things. I could tell he's both passionate and knowledgeable. He also seems like a chill dude.

On the phone, he suggested I try something to correct the issue I was experiencing. I did what he suggested and it worked!

This experience is why he'll be first on my list to call when we start doing renovation work that requires plumbing.
