“JEN Plumbing is always my first call when it comes to anything plumbing related. Donald is great to work with and has done a number of jobs for us in our home. These jobs include taking care of the plumbing work in the bathroom of our basement we were finishing, replacing the toilets throughout our home, replacing outdoor water faucets/spigots (including installing a shutoff valve inside), and kitchen faucet installation. “We were advised by a third-party underground utility detection service that rainwater was overflowing from the gutters at the front of our house because the existing underground PVC piping storm piping connecting the gutters and downspouts to the main storm sewer were obstructed and/or broken, and recommended we call Gardner Plumbing to determine if the pipe could be repaired or needed to be replaced. So, we called Gardner Plumbing and they were there the next morning.

First, the tried to remove reported obstructions using a high pressure power jet, then video scoped the pipe, and returned (including by Owner Kevin Garner) the following day to carefully consider the best solution. Ultimately, the consensus was that the existing pipe should be abandoned and replaced with new pipe located in the literal center of our front yard. It should be noted that the main branch line from the house was installed directly under the concrete driveway, so repairing the existing pipe likely required removing and replacing the driveway, at an estimated minimum cost (by a third party contractor) of $15,000.

In any case, the work was originally scheduled to be completed in 2 days, but because virtually all of the trenches required considerable hand digging to avoid the natural gas supply pipe, coaxial cable, underground irrigation sprinkler system, and tree roots, it took longer. When the work was finally finished after 3+ days and tested, all the gutters drained properly and (to my astonishment) the irrigation sprinkler system worked!

In summary, Gardner Plumbing's demonstration of superior craftsmanship and personal customer service are truly remarkable, and there is no other plumbing contractor I would entrust with a project of this complexity.“

“Hats off to A+ Plumbing. My technician, Brennan Durbin, did an amazing job of repairing my main incoming water line. Mr. Durbin explained the normal process and was open to my non-standard request. I compaired the A+ Pluming quote with 2 other plumbing companies, and they were the middle quote. However, he also included seed and hay after the repair and the others did not. (Be sure you compair apples to apples.) The line replacement was done efficiently even though the equipment was delivered late, (the late delivery was not his fault), he stayed late to completw the job in one day.
