First time using Zins and they were excellent, from scheduling through service. Vince arrived when promised and took care of everything on my list, cheerfully and for a reasonable price. He also provided advice and quotes on some future projects. I will use them again!
John came out to replace our PRV and Thermal Expansion Tank. The night before our bathtub faucet started leaking. He finished what he came out to do and then replaced the cartridge in our shower along with cleaning out all the buildup that was causing the issue. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and he had everything completed within an hour. I cannot recommend them enough the service and pricing both were amazing.
My basement sump pump stopped working during heavy rain and water was already starting to collect near storage boxes. The plumber showed up surprisingly fast considering the weather and replaced the faulty switch without trying to upsell a whole new system. Huge relief honestly because things could have gotten much worse.
