With Patrick and Faith's guidance, I have been able to build up strength which has allowed me run in a more healthy manner and increase my distance. Then, when I started my IVF journey, Patrick adjusted my workouts to make sure my body was ready for the fertility procedures, which I believe led to IVF success. Once pregnant, Patrick adjusted my workouts again so after pregnancy, my pelvic floor was in a good place.
