I had Andre come out to look at my HVAC after another contractor had told me mine needed to be replaced. I was expecting pricing for a new system and after he checked my furnace he told me it looked fine and there was no need to purchase a new system. It was so refreshing to have an honest contractor you can trust who isn't trying to take advantage of people. We followed his advice and haven't had problems since. I'd recommend him to anyone!
Mike Hoit is the guy you want to call (and text!) when your A/C goes out in the middle of the summer on a Saturday morning. We got ripped off by other HVAC pros, but Mike is very fair, fast, and knowledgeable. He will be the first person we reach out to if there is ever a next time!

At my consultation and first meeting with Teairra Byrd, I knew I was finally going to have the look I had been trying to have with extensions that were not right and wigs that didn't fit no matter how I tried. I told her the look I wanted and she gave me some suggestions and Ms. Byrd said "I got it. Trust me." Well, today was the day and I cannot remember the last time I was this happy with my hair. Ms. Byrd is professional and FUN!!! She listens to her client just as much as she trims and styles and I love that. The quality of her work is matched by the quality of her hair. Got my hair dyed by Shannon today, and she is incredible. Not only did she do a great job, helping me pick and land on a vibrant colour, but she was also warm, friendly and super professional. This is my first time having my hair professionally dyed and she helped me feel comfortable and supported during the process. She took extra care with my 4c curl pattern, and my hair feels soft and moisturized. The salon is cute, everyone was friendly and Shannon is absolutely stellar. Highly recommend.

Best haircut in KC and it's not even close. I've lived in the area KC area for about 5 years now. Moved from Boston where there's a barber shop on every corner and everyone has their own guy/girl to cut. I needed the same out here and struggled to find it for a longggg time. Until I met Cooper and she killed it. She does a seamless fade and she's just the kindest person to chat it up with. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Been going here for years and have always had a great experience. Today was different. Didn’t recognize any of the staff. My nails were scratched with the drill. The tech used the wrong top coat on my nails and now they are discolored. She and a coworker actually laughed about her mistake but made to attempt to correct it.Update: Nail tech reached out an hour after my review and has offered to redo my nails at no charge. Loved my nails every time I've gone to this location. This is the only nail place where my nails have all stayed on for more than 2 weeks! Considering i work in a warehouse, that's impressive! The times i paid with card there was no option to tip, so make sure to tell them to add it to the total before they run your card. The time i got a pedicure here was amazing, i wanted to nap! They are very friendly and welcoming every time I've gone. I highly recommend this nail salon. For a full set of gel acrylics I pay $50. They are located INSIDE Walmart.

We have used Advanced Leak Locators twice now, so I felt it was time for a review. We have been thrilled with not only the quality of their work but the value. The first time we used them was in 2021 when we had a pipe leak under the concrete deck of our pool to our plumbed-in slide. They had to remove part of our pool deck, remove the pea gravel and repair the leak before pouring fresh concrete. We have not had an issue there since. This year, we noticed that we were losing water in our pool at a rapid rate and couldn't figure out why. Chris came out and not only found a small hole in our liner, but found out our pump wasn't functioning properly and that was the main source of the leak. A small patch and gasket replacement later, we were back in business. Chis was responsible, reliable and friendly. I think when you have a pool and not a ton of knowledge, it can be easy to get taken advantage of. The integrity that Chris and his company has shown, speaks for itself. They're the only company we will use for these kinds of issues in the future.

I got really lucky today, that I contacted Vern and he was right around the corner. He wrapped up the winterization in the most efficient way, did a great job and was very transparent. I was latch onto his services for sprinkler care in the future, for sure.It is close to the first freeze and another company I signed up for annual sprinkler maintenance was just stalling me since the last few months, citing a busy schedule. Came here for our daughter's second dentist appointment and Sweet Tooth is everything I thought it would be. Very welcoming with bright colors, books, prizes, kid sized chairs and tables! The front desk staff aren't the most friendly, but all of the dental staff is phenomenal from the dental assistants training to Dr. Anna Lee! Everyone was very patient and thorough during the process, making sure we all felt comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the books at the beginning and loved the prizes at the end. It is extremely cool to see more pediatric dentistries in the area and I am happy I chose this one

Dr Moore set me on a path of Invisalign and then veneers, and the before and after pics don't adequately capture my full experience. From age 5 I've disliked my teeth, in my 20's I didn't smile in photos and in my 30's I smiled in some photos but it was only a half smile. It is a lifetime habit to cover my smile with my hand when I laugh. In my 40's I finally did something about it. In every photo now I smile with confidence and I even look like a happier person. I've noticed complete strangers on walking paths giving me the biggest happiest smiles and I thought it was related to the downward trend of covid, finally realizing they were giving me back the smile that I was giving them. This change was truly life changing for me, as someone so unhappy with their smile for so long. The other bonus is that I went from being an anxious person even at a dental cleaning, to 100% relaxed.
Editing review after a couple of years. The office was willing to waive the fee one time which was nice. Prices are still high but the place is clean, professional, and on time.I have used this dentist several times but will be finding someone new. The location was convenient for me. The prices are very high. I had no problems with the staff and I liked Dr. Manroe. When my mother was in town visiting she broke her crown and I sent her to Dental Innovations. They made her a new crown but it did not fit. She thought the prices were also very high. The reason I will be finding a new dentist is that I am very irritated that they want to charge me $50 for canceling an appt. I received the appointment reminder call on Saturday and I called right away to cancel but there was no one to take the call. So I waited until Monday to call them and they said they would have to charge me because they require 48 hours notice. I have sent 3 new customers to their office and they want to charge me for rescheduling? That's not good business.
Joey took the time to clean my teeth so meticulously, which made my teeth much more radiant. I left with the yellow gone from my teeth and a dazzling smile. I appreciated the time he took to go over my concerns and how to make my dental care better.
I am normally very stressed going to a dentist because when I was young I had a bad dentist. Josh Kiene was so relaxed, calming, friendly, and explained every detail he was doing today. I had a crown and 2 fillings. I am so impressed how well he did even though my fillings were worse than he originally thought. I would recommend him 100%! Everyone is extremely nice in the office too!

Yesterday I wasn’t feeling well with bad allergies/viral stuff and knew I needed an adjustment. I immediately felt better after the adjustment & woke up today feeling like a new woman! He the vet you go to for straight-talk. No fluff and junk fees. He will take care of you and runs his office like a small town clinic where he knows people when they call. Always nice to feel valued
I first became a customer when I was in gradeschool when I brought my hampster in because he had mulch stuck in his eye. Then later again with my family's dog, & then mine as an adult. I'm 47 now & I've had to go other vets because of moving over the yrs, but I want to say I have always received the best customer service & genuine patient care from this veterinarian office. Dr. Chaffin the owner is the one who 1st helped "Mr. Hampster". She takes the time to explain in as much detail as one may need to understand their pets health. She's been a part of at least 3 of my family's dogs crossing the rainbow bridge in close to 35 yrs or so & she's shared in our heartbreak. The patience & compassion she's shown us will never be forgotten.Close to 15 or more yrs ago 1 of the "new" vets was fairly fresh out of school & pin pointed the diagnosis of our 3 yr old basset hound we rescued. Although of course she was reluctant to suggest it before we got the actual test results back, we persisted & she hinted to us the (exact) lymphoma diagnosis. Even though the outcome wasn't what we wanted, I was impressed she knew her stuff & she is still there today. ?Dr. Chaffin & the other vets & staff have never made us feel rushed or like we're just a number as I have experienced at pretty much every other vet's office I've had to go to. Thankful I've moved closer & I will drive the few extra miles for the peace of mind knowing we're at the best. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOUR TEAM that makes Allcare Animal Hospital what it is today. ??⬛??

I decided to get a massage - I found a shop with good reviews on Yelp, and they made it easy to book online, which I thought was convenient.After I asked about the price, I thought it was very reasonable. I received a warm welcome when I arrived. There were also some excellent services and a deep massage. I felt that it was worth the price. I would definitely recommend it.
