Decided to give this practice another shot after a bad experience in 2022, im glad I did. They have a new nurse practitioner named Valerie and shes wonderful. For once I feel heard about the pain and things im going through with my disease. Thanks to Valerie taking the time to actually listen to me we also found some other semi serious conditions that need to be kept an eye on. Thanks Valerie! Also the ladies up front are wonderful to. If I call with questions or scheduling they are always so kind!

Aquatic Control has provided expert service advice, service, and treatment for our medium sized (99-acre) lake for many years. Without their help, many property owners would be struggling with their lakefront weed control, and would likely put harmful chemicals into the lake with varying levels of success and environmental impact. Aquatic control provides yearly service by centralizing our weed-control efforts to a day each spring/summer to tackle shoreline weeds and invasive milfoil using regulated treatment options that are environmentally friendly and safe. They are communicative and easy to schedule. They also won't perform unnecessary services that you may not need, and just because a service is required one year doesn't mean it's needed the next. They will tell you what they recommend and what they're allowed (by government regulation) to treat, and leave the final decision up to you. I highly recommend Aquatic Control for any lake weed issues you may have!

Wow! What an amazing experience we had with Jessica! I had researched options for my 7 year old to get her ears pierced and was recommended to her. We were told we could make a consultative appointment first to see how my daughter would do. Upon arriving we immediately were impressed with the cleanliness and brightness of the shop! Jessica greeted us and had such a warm smile that I immediately felt at ease. My daughter was nervous but picked out a pair of earrings and climbed into the big chair. Jessica has such a soothing and calming presence and she talked directly to my daughter engaging her in the conversation and explaining what she would be doing. While my daughter was nervous still she was also excited so we got the first ear done quickly with no tears! The second side did end up hurting a bit more (which I had heard was normal) but the whole experience was over in 20 minutes and despite some pain and a few tears my daughter was so happy! Fast forward a week later and they haven’t bothered her at all and look amazing! Such a less traumatic experience than we’ve heard from the earring guns at other places and the maintenance is so much easier too. Jessica made the experience so great and I will definitely be taking my youngest daughter there when she is ready! Thank you so much for helping with this special moment Jess!
I came in with a friend on walk in Wednesday, and were welcomed in with smiles. I have gone to a couple different tattoos studios in town, but none of them have ever accommodated their customers like this one. They offered snacks and drinks for the tattoo, and TV to watch during. They talk with their clients, and work to make sure you are comfortable throughout the tattoo process. I truly appreciate my experience there, and will be going back for more tattoos in the future.

Take yhenlids here every few months and they sit thru the haircuts no problem. Numerous chairs for the kids to chose from and show/cartoon of choice to watch while getting a haircut. Great professional service with a lot of experience for all kids.

My son has autism, so haircuts are extremely hard. He’s almost 5, and we have tried so many different places and have never made it all the way through a haircut, Until today. Eric was Patient and kind with my boy. He made him giggle and went above and beyond to keep him as comfortable as possible. He is the only person in almost five years to keep my son calm enough to complete the cut. And as an added bonus he played a game for candy and my son left with the coolest Lego she hulk he has ever seen. I just want other special needs families to know that this guy is the real deal. Small shop that is quiet and not overly stimulating. He will be my son’s exclusive barber from now on. I’m so grateful that this experience was so amazing!

I visited Katie's and Dee Dee's to celebrate my mom's birthday with my sister and 6 year old niece in tow. We each had a manicure and pedicure. Both Katie and Dee Dee were absolutely great! They were patient and kind to my niece, and really took their time doing a preofessional job. Four days later and my nails still look great (which is saying something since I am rather rough on my nails). I would totally recommend this nail salon to anyone in the Valparaiso area!

I recently had my hair cut at Lola’s and my stylist was Jamie. I hadn’t had my hair cut in many, many, many years. It was long,, heavy and very overdue. I don’t trust anyone cutting my hair. Jamie gave me a total transformation. I left the salon feeling like a million bucks. Wow, Jamie did an Incredible job. I was blown away. It looks absolutely amazing.. He brought my self confidence back.
I have been going to Rae for about a year and a half and have been completely satisfied with the services I have received! I go to her for a cut and swim-permanent hair coloring and usually have my eyebrows shaped. She listens to what I want and makes sure I am happy with the results. I feel her prices are reasonable.
Kelli also cuts hair at the Senior living community where I work, so I came to her for two haircuts now! She's honest and fun and has great attention to detail. I've tried riskier things with her than I've ever tried and at my age I've had a lot of haircuts.

Alex is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows! I no longer live in the area and have literally traveled back just to see her. Alex is meticulous in mapping your eyebrows out and I’m barely red after she’s done waxing. I have been to every spa and salon you can name in the Valparaiso/Chesterton area and no one compares to Exhale. HIGHLY recommend Alex and her services. My eyebrows have never been more symmetrical!

Hines came through for me again!!! Previous plumber messed up my ejector pit….. ( put lid back on incorrectly) I tried to have the other plumber return to examine and they never even returned my call. Hines was out the next day and corrected it!!! While here they saw that a valve was leaking….. thank goodness they saw it, had it blown I would have had a HUGE mess!! They fixed her right up for me!!!

The price quoted was the best in town, compared to a few other local companies. We love our new backyard space, the fence really feels like we added value to our home. My recent experience was excellent! I had to have a large upper front 30 year old bridge removed, a tooth pulled and a new bridge made. Scheduling did a remarkable job of getting the oral surgeon and dentist appointments coordinated for a seamless appointment. The four hour procedure was completely painless and everyone treated me with the utmost care. The dentist and dental assistant did everything possible for my comfort during this difficult process. I have been a patient with them eleven years now and have been very happy with all of the treatments I received over the years. Thanks to the entire staff!

Dr. B was amazing. I slept on my neck wrong and he fixed it although Lisa the secretary there was very rude. Never in my life have I ever been treated so rudely. I hope she fix her attitude one day.
Dr Scott is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. He's the only person I trust doing my adjustments. Front staff is great and I've never had to wait. Clean facility too. They all go the extra mile. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful place! Friendly and thoughtful staff. True animal lovers. Saved my dogs life when he was diagnosed with addisons disease. So grateful to them!

I did not have an appointment with them for pet care but I can speak to their general compassion and friendliness (which is nearly as important with a vet or medical professional!!)
I had a rough day with car issues. Car was disabled in their parking lot. It was HOT outside. They allowed me to come and go through their entrance and get a break from the heat as needed and were kind and helpful the entire time. After tow truck arrived, I accidentally left my briefcase and had to come back to grab it. They were on top of that as well and grabbed it from the bench outside and brought it inside for safe keeping.

Dr Bell is an amazing vet! She made my dog feel safe by getting down to her level instead of being scared on the slippery table. Dr. treats my dog like she’s been her vet her whole life. Her exams are thorough and she makes sure you understand what is going on with your pets health. Karen is her partner in crime and they work wonderful together. I could not be more comfortable with having my dog in their care!
These are the real Gs of animal care. Went here 6 months ago for my cat having a potential UTI, and then recently for a checkup, microchip + rabies vac. Very fairly priced, quick to get you in apt wise and all the staff are friendly.
The best animal hospital I’ve been too. I was going to get my rat out to sleep as she had a large tumor that was effecting her quality of life, with some help of donations they were able to perform the surgery and save her. It meant the world
My family has been taking our dogs to just the groomer for over 12 years. I recently adopted a puppy who is also now a customer. They do a great job! I would never go anywhere else!
Lisa has been grooming my dog for a few years and she does a fantastic job every time! Her caring nature for animals puts me at ease whenever I bring my dog for a groom. I know that my dog is in good hands! I highly recommend Lisa!

This is the best place for grooming! I have taken my very big Australian shepherd to many places and haven’t been happy and over charged. The smoothie pooch in crown point is the best. They listen and take care of you. My groomer/stylists Melissa was great! She did an amazing job on my Ollie. You can tell she took her time her with him.
I love the space and atmosphere overall. they have every type of prop necessary to help you get into a specific position. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable and kind. I live in Florida now and truly miss Asana Yoga!
Do yourself a favor and stop reading reviews and sign up for a class. Never been to a Yoga class in my life and decided to give it a shot. Completely blown away how tranquil and beautiful the studio feels. The teachers are so amazing, and all have their own unique perspectives and wisdom to help guide you on your life's journey. They make it so easy and helpful to learn and discover all of these transformative ways to unlock your body, mind, and spirit. It can be intense, but that's what you need to truly unlock your potential. Give in and Surrender, you won't be disappointed.
Went to my first aerial class here today. I cannot say enough good things about the studio, the class but especially the instructor. I was running behind, I burst into tears when I finally got inside. The instructor was so welcoming& offered me a hug? It was just what I needed and for another human to see that was beautiful. I have been suffering with neck tension and pain behind my ear. I received the 60 minute lymph drainage massage. She helped provide relief and solutions for continued improvement. Gail is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Get the most out of your spa experience without the commercial spa vibe - Renee is down to earth, personal, and present with each session. She is everything you want in a massage therapist: professional, kind, and the right amount of unusual. Her hand-made body products are top quality (my favorite is the Cacaofee Scrub - I wish I had a 4oz jar of it!) and she brings a bit of them into each session. You will not be disappointed with your experience here.

This was my third consecutive PT facility in a matter of months. Herman, Shannon, and Brittany were all top-notch! Of all the places I have been to, Herman gave me the most thorough evaluation I have ever had. He was able to diagnose my issue and show me what was going on with my back. Not only that, Herman and Shannon were personally on top of my care between my medical facility and the workmans comp insurance, making it so easy!! Every visit I left better than when I came in. Unfortunately, at this time, I need more tests run by the medical facility, but rest assured, I will be back for more PT if needed. And to the guy who left a bad Yelp review and wouldn't bring a dead raccoon to this facility, I assure him the half deer carcass sitting on the interstate would be brought back to life and having babies if dragged to this Athelitco!! Keep up the great work!
Glad my dr referred me to physical therapy solutions the place is very welcoming and the staff are so knowledgeable I'm already improving after just a few sessions thanks to all the staff highly recommend them
Ivy rehab of valpo has the best therapist. I had 3 surgeries and they worked me so good i have full movement functions. Recommended to all family and friends.
I have just sent my second child through Excel and yet again, impressed with their service. I live in the Chesterton area and Excel actually comes to Chesterton to pick-up the students for their driving part of the course. The lecture section is still in Valpo, but it is well worth the drive. Both of my sons loved all the instructors and the office staff was very friendly to make sure all of my needs and concerns were taken care of and addressed. Thanks Excel!!!
