I called Jim yesterday after suspecting a bad breaker but I couldn't be sure with my limited electrical aptitude. He was more than helpful over the phone to discuss what was going on, so I decided to move forward with a house call. He showed up promptly, diagnose and changed the breaker within 30 minutes.
He was; straight forward yet personable (answering all my inquisitive questions). Thorough (making sure everything was in proper working order).

Jim came out and installed a new outlet on a garage wall that never had one, run wiring for a new garage heater, and up the amperage on a couple breakers. Price was fair, communication and work both excellent. Definitely will use Dial in the future for any of my electrical needs.
