Had a backed up main sewer line. Jack did an awesome job explaining everything and making sure I was completely satisfied. I’ve been in the construction industry for 10 years and you got a great employee with Jack treat him well..

This place is amazing! I had a minor issue with a waterline and Stephanie in the office was kind and prompt in responding, the plumber, Jack, was professional and had my best interest at heart to make sure the job was completed as safely and cost effective as possible. Not once did they try to upsell or overcharge me. Honesty is a rarity these days and this company is great!!!

Jack came same day for an estimate, which I got also the same day, when 7 other plumbers either told me the project was too big or didn't even call me back. He and his crew replaced our entire sewage/drain pipe in our finished basement in 2 days. I cannot overstate how professional he and his team have been, how impressed we are with the quality of the work, and Hines is my go to for anything plumbing related.
