Decided to give this practice another shot after a bad experience in 2022, im glad I did. They have a new nurse practitioner named Valerie and shes wonderful. For once I feel heard about the pain and things im going through with my disease. Thanks to Valerie taking the time to actually listen to me we also found some other semi serious conditions that need to be kept an eye on. Thanks Valerie! Also the ladies up front are wonderful to. If I call with questions or scheduling they are always so kind!
Very responsive to your needs. Listens to you concerns and works with you to help you relive your pain. I was expecting that they would be able to decrease my pain somewhat but they helped me take it from an 8 to a 1 to 2 on a scale of ten. I know it rarely can get to 0 but to me that is close enough!!!
This was my first time at the pain clinic tomorrow. Everyone there was very friendly and especially liked Valerie Cline. Valerie took her time with me and listened to everything I had to say and took care of my problem. I am glad that I chose this Pain Clinic to come to.
