Dana and her team are extremely knowledgeable on Iyengar Yoga and very excited to share it. I didn’t know a thing and was super surprised to get such a warm welcome and lots of help along the way of my personal yoga experience. I moved to Florida and truly miss Asana Yoga!
First time going to a beginners yoga class and it was AMAZING!!! Absolutely loved the environment and the instructors were so kind and helpful! I've never felt so good after a workout like I did walking out of their studio. I drive an hour to go there and will definitely be going back!! 😊
There should be more stars for this place. Love the instructors, love the hard work, love the laughter, love the encouragement, acceptance and camaraderie, love the awakened, expanded, more peaceful me that walks out the door after each class.
