Before I came to Valparaiso Ivy physical Rehab I struggled to find a therapy office that could truly help me heal and gain confidence in my progress. Thankfully the excellent staff and people in the office made for great healing in my knee and abilities. I worked primarily with Trish and she was a tremendous help in my recovery, I definitely recommend this office to further progress in achieving good physical health.

Janelle and her team are amazing!!! I've had a lot of PT in the past and Ivy Rehab is by far the best PT center I've been too. I have lower back issues, spinal stenosis, herniated disc's, and severe arthritis L4-S1. They showed me specific stretches for relief from sciatic nerve pain in addition to some leg strengthening. They also used a technique called dry needling in my upper buttox/lower back region to treat the sciatica, which was a game changer.I have always been in some form of pain for years due to my lower back issues and I must say that pain can change your quality of life. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I usually saw Trish and Carrie, and they were so amazing! Alex was also a huge help. They pushed me to do my best while also taking my health into consideration. Very professional and considerate. I loved the variety of exercises they had me do as well as the amount of progress I made in a short amount of time! Everybody is so friendly, even the people who I didn’t work closely with would ask how I was. I was very nervous at first but quickly became more comfortable as everyone was welcoming and caring.
