I wanted to get my almost 6 month old golden retriever puppy (Blossom) ahead on getting comfortable with a groomer. I was a little nervous for her, but Macie did amazing. She looked adorable and Macie reassured me that she would take it as slow as needed to ensure Blossom was comfortable! So glad we found Macie at Smoochie Pooch to be our go to! Macie is an absolute GEM! I have a very nervous Doodle named Hazel and Macie has spent a lot of time helping Hazel get more comfortable with the grooming process.
On out last groom, there was a mixup with my husband on who was picking Hazel up, and we ended up getting there a half-hour after closing time, meaning Macie had to sit and wait for us on a Friday afternoon. She was understanding, kind and pleasant about it and played with our dog while she patiently waited for us.
She makes Hazel look amazing, and more importantly, our dog doesn’t cower in fear when we go in. Thank you for being awesome, Macie!!
Oki (My Dog) and I a asolutely love Laura our groomer. She is the best there is by a wide margin. She does an excellent job every time and Oki is always excited to see her
That being said their new location is absolutely atrocious. It is in the middle of a busy retail center loaded with cars and getting my dog to the car is dangerous. The only reason I have stayed is because of our groomer Laura.
