Unfortunately I had to put my guinea pig Baby down as her pain was getting unbearable. I had an appointment at 6:40pm and they closed at 8. It was almost 8 and they were starting to prep for closing but made sure I did not feel rushed in saying goodbye to Baby. I loved that I did not need to feel rushed in saying goodbye and they were super professional and polite. Dr Love and the other (assistants?) were super kind to me as I was a mess. Thank you so much for your patience during this hard time.
I want to say thanks to the kind staff that stayed past closing last night to help try to save Buddy. Although I unfortunately had him put down, the staff’s kindness and calmness helped ease the pain a little. I got Buddy in 2020 and he had a good life for a little over 6 years and I’m glad I could get help from here to take care of his medical needs. Thank you
Absolutely outstanding. Everyone here is kind, patient, and extremely professional. This is without a doubt the best vet experience I’ve ever had.
I brought my hamster Hazel in. She had never been to a vet before, and I was admittedly quite worried about how the vets would handle her. They were gentle, empathetic, and handled her with surprising ease.
