“I can’t say enough good things about Potter Family Eye Care!!! I originally took my kids (3 and 5) to a pediatric eye doctor, who overcharged and under-cared. This place couldn’t be more opposite! When I picked up my kids glasses from the other place they never even tried them on their eyes and then wanted to charge more for an RX check than Potter’s was going to charge for a full new eye exam. I called them asking about a second opinion, and I felt cared for from the very first phone call. Flash forward to our appointment and they did even better with my kids than the pediatric eye place and did a more thorough eye exam for both of my children! We will definitely be using Potter Family Eye Care for our whole family from now on!“

“I looked at multiple eyeglass vendors in my area. Not only does Tavel accept Medicare Advantage, but had the most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any other places I looked at. I placed an order for glasses… then texted a photo of me wearing them to my family and bestie and everyone one of them said they thought they appear too big for my face. I had to agree. I called the next day and canceled the order. Today I went back there and after working with 3 different Opticians, we found a pair that worked for me and went ahead and ordered them. The whole staff is great and Diana helped me pick out some cool frames for my prescription sunglasses that are coming soon. They have a good selection of frames and helped me stay close to what insurance will pay.“

“Dr, Bickel and her staff are outstanding, I drive from out of state to see her and would not trust anyone else with my families eye care. They are always friendly, kind, and more than willing to help with whatever concern arises. Her assistant Tori goes out of her way to make both of my boys feel comfortable. Dr. Bickel is very knowledgable and has caught issues that other doctors have missed. The office staff is always well prepared and makes check in/out very easy and they go out of their way to answer any questions we have regarding insurance or ordering contacts or glasses. I have never had a negative encounter when I have been in the office or had to call in. This is why I continue to travel several hours to this office, it is well worth the peace of mind I feel after the exams knowing my family has had the best care by a great doctor, her assistant, and staff.“

“Excellent Opthalmologist on site. Able to have my retinas scanned for related health concerns. Large selection if frames on site for new lenses. Staff does all the hard work. Give them your vision insurance information and they will find the best deal for your coverage.“

“I love Dr. Mariano! I have insurance through my employer and although they weren't in network for my VSP, I was able to call VSP and get them approved. Dr. Mariano is support nice and explains everything I ask him to. I've been seeing him 7 years now and I won't go anywhere else.
Side note...female Dr. Mariano isn't as nice or accommodating. When I asked to try a different contact she was convinced I wouldn't like them. I guess she forgot that, just like the rest of our bodies, eyeballs do change with age. I demanded trial contacts and I'm glad I did! I like them better than the ones I've been using!“
