“Once again, I had a super experience with Chris, general manager, My Eye Dic, Westfield office. I stopped by the office to have my glasses inspected, they seem cockeyed, reason for issue unknown. Chris, upon my entering the office, caught my eye and greeted me with a warmly welcoming smile. He looked at my glasses, and he then asked me to step to a nearby mirror. He showed me how the curvature of the temple started prematurely. I understood, and Chris proceeded to adjust the curve. I put on the adjusted glasses which now were a perfect fit. The process took 5 to 10 minutes, at most. My experience with Chris was a delight. In conclusion was Chris’s offer of future help, if needed. What a great experience.“

“I looked at multiple eyeglass vendors in my area. Not only does Tavel accept Medicare Advantage, but had the most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any other places I looked at. I placed an order for glasses… then texted a photo of me wearing them to my family and bestie and everyone one of them said they thought they appear too big for my face. I had to agree. I called the next day and canceled the order. Today I went back there and after working with 3 different Opticians, we found a pair that worked for me and went ahead and ordered them. I’m much happier now! Also I’d like to single out Lexie… who was extremely patient during both visits and worked hard to find what I wanted.
