Ronalle was 5 star helpful. Everyone was very friendly, professional, efficient, and effective. Dr. was informative and conversational. I was in for an eye exam with pre-tests, a new prescription, and a years worth of contacts in about 40 minutes max.
Liked the doctor and the 2 other staff members who helped me. These folks were swamped (I'm guessing because starting wage is a bit low so who's gonna want to work there?) but they were positive & didn't show any stress despite the fact that there were people with children standing around waiting for service.I felt bad for them, they're short staffed.Good energy and the Dr. wasn't snotty like so many I've seen before (not at Tavel).
oh my gosh i am SO happy about going to Dr. Tavel. i broke the only pair of glasses i have and they were able to replace them SAME DAY. this is so helpful because i have to travel and wouldn’t be able to wait the 2 or 3 weeks i thought it would take. thank you so much to Shavell and the Tavel family.
