“I can’t say enough good things about Potter Family Eye Care!!! I originally took my kids (3 and 5) to a pediatric eye doctor, who overcharged and under-cared. This place couldn’t be more opposite! When I picked up my kids glasses from the other place they never even tried them on their eyes and then wanted to charge more for an RX check than Potter’s was going to charge for a full new eye exam. I called them asking about a second opinion, and I felt cared for from the very first phone call. Flash forward to our appointment and they did even better with my kids than the pediatric eye place and did a more thorough eye exam for both of my children! We will definitely be using Potter Family Eye Care for our whole family from now on!“

“I found myself in a situation recently. I had developed an infection in my eye lid and not being a frequent visitor of eye doctors, I started calling all around the area to find help. Everywhere I called, when I could actually reach a person, I was met with impatience, rudeness, and a lack of clear information, especially in regards to what a visit would cost.

The staff at Allisonville Eye Care Center, from the people on the phone, to the techs, and finally the doctor were all wonderful! It was so nice to speak to people on the phone who were kind, patient, and did their absolute best to be helpful and accommodating. Today's world is full of negativity and a lack of caring, so my experience with this clinic was a breath of fresh air.

I was fit into the schedule, treated very well, and I'm on the mend. This will be the new clinic for my wife and I all because of my recent experience there. They are good people and choosing them, in my opinion, is a great choice over others in the area.

“I looked at multiple eyeglass vendors in my area. Not only does Tavel accept Medicare Advantage, but had the most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any other places I looked at. I placed an order for glasses… then texted a photo of me wearing them to my family and bestie and everyone one of them said they thought they appear too big for my face. I had to agree. I called the next day and canceled the order. Today I went back there and after working with 3 different Opticians, we found a pair that worked for me and went ahead and ordered them.
