The whole staff is very nice and efficient! They were more knowledgeable about my eye insurance than I was. I was able to schedule my first visit online and it was extremely quick. I didn't feel any pressure to get glasses that day which I was grateful for. The doctor was great and explained every step to me.

Jaylynne was awesome. Made recommendations, found me some hidden discounts and looked up a pair of special order frames for my shades. Best customer service I've had there. Dr. Walden was also excellent and professional.

Whenever I have tried getting new glasses at other places than LensCrafters, I’m always disappointed and come back. This was a new location for me to visit but Jaylynne was a lovely associate and so helpful to get the glasses that fit me and my needs best. Thanks!
