I needed to get in for an eye exam quickly. I had broken my glasses and needed new ones as soon as possible. They were booked solid. I also had my grandson with me to get an exam. The Dr agreed to see me and my grandson as walk-ins. We only had to wait maybe 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the level of courtesy, kindness and professionalism that we were shown yesterday.I would absolutely recommend this office of Dr Tavel. I will never go anywhere else.
personally had a great experience with this place. i’ve been going here for years and my recent visit was the best. the new doctor and her BACK staff are amazing. the front is not as friendly but that’s fine.
It's affordable and has a great selection of name brand options for contacts and glasses. I was disappointed in the "buy one, get one 75% off". Note, that is only for their clearance items! Apart from that, the wait, and they forgot to mail my contacts, I was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and they were wonderful with the kiddos!
