MyEyeDr. provides excellent service with a friendly and helpful team. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and provides thorough eye exams using advanced equipment. Customers feel well taken care of and in good hands. The office has a good selection of frames and the team helps with choices while considering insurance. While waits can sometimes be long, the overall experience is comfortable and efficient. Many describe it as the best eye doctor visit they have ever had, with wonderful customer service. The practice is highly recommended for eye health and care.
This location’s staff work so well as a team, Diane, Heather, & Julie are always courteous and make eye visits enjoyable. Dr. Bailey is the best optometrist that I’ve ever been treated by and highly recommend to all. The office is nicely organized and like looking at the newest frames that have to offer.
I was taken in right away and every staff member I talked to was very friendly. Diana made me feel like we were long time friends and answered all my questions. Dr. Till listened and came up with an individualized plan instead of what might be considered the norm. Oh and when I made a silly mistake reading the “eye chart” he laughed with me, not at me, lol. We now have what they call an “inside joke”.
From start to finish great people skills. Dianne was a delight, personable and answered all questions.
Dr. Bailey listened and provided clarity to some of my issues- and to top it off I left with book recommendations lol love it.
Heather was knowledgeable with the products offered, patient and honest when it came to choosing the right frame for my face lol
