In a time where there’s almost no customer service, I introduce you to Benjamin. I believe he is the manager here. He is such a nice guy, knows what he’s talking about and likes to help. Thank you sir. The front office staff is great here. The gentleman at the front desk, I’m sorry I have missed his name, is friendly and helpful too. So great to have customer service again.

The MyEyeDr location on Shadeland in Indianapolis is AWSOME! Dr. Praash was patient with me and took the time to explain my eye issues and even gave me a “training” class on applying and removing the contacts. I recommend this office and this doctor! Five Stars ?

Personal care from beginning to end. Entire staff is professional and kind, patiently answering all questions and walks you through the whole process.Dr. Lo is wonderful, knowledgeable and informative. All the insurance issues were quickly identified and remedied.
