“I worked with Jerry and Precision on installing a new HVAC system, specifically a Mitsubishi mini‑split, and I want to share how impressed I’ve been with the entire experience. Jerry is genuinely one of the best, most professional, thoughtful, and thorough contractors I’ve worked with as a homeowner in Chicago. Before finding him, I had tried three or four other contractors, and he was the only one willing and able to provide a fully itemized quote — something I needed because I was dealing with an insurance claim. Not only did he prepare that detailed estimate, he also took it upon himself to communicate directly with the insurance company. Thanks to his persistence and expertise, he got them to cover the full cost of the job. The project totaled $30,000, and the insurance initially wanted to give me only $20,000, but Jerry managed to get them to approve the entire amount. He also coordinated with my condo management to ensure all the necessary paperwork was handled, especially since a crane was required for the installation. That alone saved me a huge amount of stress. Another thing I really appreciated is that Jerry and his team genuinely seemed to have my best interest in mind. They took the time to walk me through what had gone wrong with the original installation done by a previous company before I owned the place. They explained the safety issues in the piping system and showed me the steps they were taking to correct them — including using stronger, higher‑quality materials to support the outdoor unit and ensure everything was installed properly and safely this time. I also found it incredibly easy to communicate with Jerry — unlike other companies that made me jump through hoops just to get basic answers. He was straightforward, responsive, and always followed through on everything he promised. On installation day, he arrived with a fantastic crew — Chris, Steve, Mario, Ralph and Aurelio. They were all extremely professional, clean, respectful of my home, and very clear in explaining what they were doing throughout the process. They worked with real commitment and care. While I still don’t know yet how the HVAC system will perform long‑term, I’m genuinely pleased and appreciative of the whole experience.“

“Our furnace went out in one of the coldest days of the year. We called our usual HVAC company we’ve used and no response. My husband called and texted I also called and texted. And till this day we have not received a callback. I called Kings Heating and Cooling they responded quickly and a technician was sent out within 20 minutes. Cole was polite and honest with us. He set us up with a sales rep. Who also came out the same night. Jordan was very personable, funny and he loved our dog Ozzie. We were given space heaters and our furnace was installed within 2 days. Technicians were also professional and respectful. We are very happy with our furnace and humidifier. Needless to say our old HVAC company is no longer on our contact list. “Alex from WAN-Tuck . Heating was able to turn my heat on after TWO - other heater companies could not …..I had my aquastat replaced by the second contractor that came to my home . However my heat still kept shutting on and off and eventually it didn’t turn on and my PSI was all over 50 / 60 / 70 The second contractor admitted he did not know what was wrong with my boiler…. That’s when I had to call. Wan-Tuk as they were the ones that installed it in 2008 Never had any issues till now 2025 I have never maintained my boiler ….. I never flushed expansion tank never did anything. I bleed my heaters here and there……. That should’ve been a clue to me of the quality of the work that WAN - Tuck provides since 2008 no issues / no maintenance till now …………As far as the second contractor that replaced the aquastat disrupted my PSI and did not know how to fix it … before new part was installed my PSI was between 15 and 16………… Alex from WAN-Tuck adjusted the temperature on the aquastat which was set above what it should be set for my boiler (the second contractor missed this detail) ….. Alex got my heat turned …… And my heat stayed on and didn’t shut off anymore….Alex tried to flush my expansion ( to regulate PSI ) but tank valve wouldn’t budge so I had to have it replaced ….. I still have my heat …… Thank you Alex from WAN -Tuk for being Courteous / polite and knowledgeable…..and for taking your shoes off before coming in my house / a lot of heating people won’t even ask…. The moral of my story is, I tried to shop around to save money, but in the long run, I spent more if I would’ve just reached out to Wan -Tuck in the beginning I would not have spent as much as I did on the first and the second contractors ….. in the end, Alex…. Diagnose and repairs were cheaper than the first two contractors and with good results heat stayed on my PSI went down to 20 after expansion tank was emptied and refilled …….“
