Eric was great. His onsite team was as well. Eric provided a comprehensive proposal with multiple options. He listened to our needs and recommended option that would work best for our family. Material was quick to procure / schedule. Team worked through heat and severe rain to ensure AC was operational at end of the day. Once work was completed, they cleaned up and Eric gave us a tutorial on how to operate new smart thermostat / walked us through all equipment so we understood maintenance and access. Office team is very responsive via text / call.
