“We’ve gone to Lake Street for almost 10 years with our dog, Lola. Every person at Lake Street AH has been caring & wonderful. Add two 6 month old recently adopted kittens who both had some unexpected issues and although they were booked up, managed to squeeze them in. They diagnosed and prescribed with professionalism, and showed them compassion and love at the same time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.“

“I had the most chaotic day picking up my sister’s sweet dog from O’Hare after he’d shipped home on an international flight. He was totally traumatized and totally needed a bath before we headed home, and I’m so glad this was nearby! I don’t have a dog myself, and have never had to bathe a dog on my own, so it was clear I wasn’t super experienced with the process. I believe it was the owner who came over and helped me through every step of the dog wash process. He helped sweet Finn boy feel safe and walked me through getting him as clean as can be! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I completely recommend them!“

“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

“Super Attentive and helpful and kind staff, easy to email and contact with questions and concerns. Doctor was precise and definitely comfortable handling and talking with my two different personality cats, which is a huge plus, other vets seemed scared of my bigger cat who protests loudly. Then he was super sweet with my senior quieter cat and taught me how to give fluids for her kidney failure. Great experience, glad to have found a great new vet around the area.“

“Dr. Miller is literally the best vet and human ever! If I could give him a million stars, I would. He cares SO much about the animals he cares for. My dog, Wrigley, came in severely ill and we weren’t sure if he was going to make it. We couldn’t afford to bring him to another emergency vet for intensive care so Dr. Miller did everything in his power to help Wrigley. I know in my heart that Wrigley would not have survived without him. Dr. Miller never gave up on Wrigley or us (as pet owners) and that means the world to us. He consistently called me for updates. He also quickly returns my phone calls whenever I have any concerns. He is always there to support us and guide us in any way. He is also easy to talk to and the whole office feels like a second family! All of the staff members at Noah’s Animal hospital have been so amazing and you can honestly tell that they love what they do! If you are in need of a vet, please please please see Dr. Miller! He is truly the best!“

“Very very helpful and polite staff, and a very nicely stocked larger petsmart. I found the three or four items I needed here really quickly, and when I got to the line at the front of the store, one staff member notice the line was getting long and immediately dropped what she was doing to open a new register and help folks in line. They were really nice here. I would definitely come back to this location.“
