Long time customer since 2023, one of the only cat groomers in the entire Chicagoland area. They are kind, coordinated, friendly, and most importantly consistent. We drive an hour to get there but it's so worth it

Can’t believe it’s taken us this long to get to Fresh Pals! Our elderly shih-tzu yorkie had his first full grooming appointment at Fresh Pals and honest to god, was the best cut he has ever received in all 16 years of life. They took into account his face shape, that I had wanted to keep his ears a bit longer, but that he did need a summer cut (but not too too short), so… not the easiest of directions. But he looked like a PUPPY when we picked him up! Loved the little bandana, too. Thanks again, Fresh Pals!

My wife and I found this place that was happy to help us with our small little golden doodle, and bigger German shepherd. They do an absolutely fantastic job even with our German shepherd being really anxious when going to the groomers. This has been our second time coming with both dogs and will be sure to continue
