Five Star Dog Grooming offers full-service dog grooming and a self-serve pet wash. Customers praise the kind and accommodating staff who provide excellent care for their dogs. The groomers are described as treating the dogs well, and customers feel their pets are in good hands. One customer notes their wire fox terrier always looks and smells great after a visit, while another appreciates the grooming for their elderly Yorkie. The business is conveniently located near the train station and is considered the best groomer in the area by one satisfied customer.
I love this place! I come here 1-2x a month to use the self dog wash station. It has everything you need and is extremely reasonable at $20. No cleaning up at home! I have also paid for the occasional $20 nail trim, which my dog can be very hesitant about, and the staff handles that very well. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
They do such a nice job. Our dog actually loves coming! 😂 He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. He comes home looking great every time and the people are very nice.
I took my golden retriever to the self dog wash at Five Star Dog Grooming and had a really good experience overall. The station was clean, easy to use, and they provided everything needed like shampoo, towels, and a dryer, which made the process much easier than washing him at home. My dog was comfortable and the setup was very convenient. One thing I would say is that the dryer could have been a bit stronger, but overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again.
