Josh is knowledgeable about many topics, and not only he's great with dogs, but he also provides excellent coaching to owners. “I was nervous about taking my doodle puppy to get professionally groomed because I've only groomed her myself and I'd heard horror stories about how bad groomings have affected dogs. So it was important to me to find a groomer that was patient and gentle with her. Dana was wonderful. Not only was my puppy adorable when I picked her up but she seemed to have been treated very well. You just get the sense that Dana really cares about the dogs she's grooming and looking after. And she was very patient with me and took the time to explain when I had questions about matting/brushing. I will be coming back to her for future grooms.“

“My pup loves daycare! It's comforting to know that the people that work there know his name and how he is so I know he is well taken care of and paid attention to when he is there. And they have cameras in the rooms so if you need to you can check up on your pup through the day (except naptime)They also have an outdoor area (not with cameras) so when they clean the rooms the dogs go there, I assume. If you are watching on the cameras, the rooms are cleaned periodically throughout the day.His very first day was free (which was great because I wanted to see if he even liked it, which it didn't seem like) BUT after a few more visits he came out of his shell, played, and his confidence overall became soooo much better! He now has been going several days a week for the past few months and even has his favorite workers there too!“

“Super Attentive and helpful and kind staff, easy to email and contact with questions and concerns. Doctor was precise and definitely comfortable handling and talking with my two different personality cats, which is a huge plus, other vets seemed scared of my bigger cat who protests loudly. Then he was super sweet with my senior quieter cat and taught me how to give fluids for her kidney failure. Great experience, glad to have found a great new vet around the area.“

“Very very helpful and polite staff, and a very nicely stocked larger petsmart. I found the three or four items I needed here really quickly, and when I got to the line at the front of the store, one staff member notice the line was getting long and immediately dropped what she was doing to open a new register and help folks in line. They were really nice here. I would definitely come back to this location.“

“Dr. True is the absolute best! My 5year old husky 8 weeks ago had double ACL surgery and tore both her acl's and meniscus. We were so worried about her dr. True made me as an owner very comfortable and did an amazing job on both oh her knees! The whole treatment staff is always super kind and willing to answer any of my questions/ concerns! Highly recommend dr. True and his amazing staff. Especially tech names Chris! He is so sweet he was one of the only techs that could get my dog to lay still as she was traumatized and worried. Everyone is absolutely amazing will always go back to visit dr. True and the amazing staff!“
