Incorporating yoga into my workout routine has not only transformed my physical health but has also given me a newfound sense of mental clarity and inner peace.Hannah's Hatha class is awesome. Her calming presence and clear instructions made the practice extremely accessible.Both Kelley and Nancy's sculpt classes make for an incredible work out. They are both incredibly kind and down to earth, but provide the extra motivation to keep it rolling.Would highly recommend checking out Revival Yoga in Palos and attending as many class types as possible!

This was my first time ever taking a Yoga/Pilates class. It was so enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely challenging. Im not sure of the instructors name but she was so delightful. Only con is that it is not very diverse but I won’t left that stop me from going again

I had a great time in Ashtanga remix! Liz’s energy was contagious. Her relaxation cues and hands on alignment assists were greatly appreciated. I loved the cold eucalyptus towel and feel good assists during savasana. I can’t wait to go back
