Incorporating yoga into my workout routine has not only transformed my physical health but has also given me a newfound sense of mental clarity and inner peace.Hannah's Hatha class is awesome. Her calming presence and clear instructions made the practice extremely accessible.Both Kelley and Nancy's sculpt classes make for an incredible work out. They are both incredibly kind and down to earth, but provide the extra motivation to keep it rolling.Would highly recommend checking out Revival Yoga in Palos and attending as many class types as possible!

This was my first time ever taking a Yoga/Pilates class. It was so enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely challenging. Im not sure of the instructors name but she was so delightful. Only con is that it is not very diverse but I won’t left that stop me from going again

I enjoyed the workout but this studio was extremely unwelcoming as a new student. The students and instructor all know each other by name and were very chatty and friendly with each other but not a word was spoken to me the entire time I was there. I was also one of the last people packing up my mat at the end of class and the instructor still said absolutely nothing to me. The instructor even said goodbye to the person in front and behind me as I exited, it was incredibly rude. I've never had an experience like this at any yoga studio, and because of my travels I visit quite a few, for that reason I will not return here and wouldn't recommend.
