This was my first time trying float therapy, and the service was phenomenal. Not only did I experience a peaceful and restorative float session, but I also received a biocharger session before and after the experience. Afterward, I felt much more grounded and calm. They are the most caring, respectful and family orientated home in the business. I wish I had never had to use their services however based on losing loved ones in my life I had to find a funeral home. I have dealt with other funeral homes in the past, which have been good and serviceable, however Zarzycki.... a cut above. What really surprised me was when I initially went there to plan services, I was greeted with a hug and not just "condolences" but a heartfelt, "I am so sorry for the loss of _____". They obviously knew who I was there for, but they called my wife and daughter by their first name as if they were family.They were not pushy, they let me pick the casket, the urn without trying to upsell. Totally respectful. And they made it very clear that, despite the services been completed, that if I needed ANYTHING, to call them and they would help.Highly recommended.
