“I had a major surgery performed in late January at NHC, and was referred to All Quality Home Health Care by the hospital's social worker. Anna was the nurse assigned to my care, and she proactively reached out to me and stopped by the house for my first visit on the day following my release.

For the next 2 months, Anna visited weekly, or as needed, offering excellent care during my recovery. Anna is professional, knowledgeable, diligent, caring and personable; a true gem!

“My mom made great friends while she was a resident in memory care (Crossings). She had really good care there and was very comfortable. Definitely the brightest light there came from Jenniffer, the health and wellness coordinator. She had a magic touch with all of the residents, and they all loved her, especially my mother. All of the activities she coordinated were done with a constant smile and laughter. For my mom's birthday, she helped me throw a party. She made sure that all the residents had a great time complete with music, and dancing and singing. She helped me decorate and even made a fruit punch. “Regarding the care given my husband. The nurses and the social worker were great. The CNA talked a lot about herself and her troubles as my husband lay dying. A substitute CNA told my daughter and I to “have a good one” as she left us … again we were sitting vigil by his bed with just days left. Nurses great and social worker great! CNAs could use sensitivity training. He died a month and a half ago and we have never heard a word since then.“
