Sonja was so engaging, personable and action oriented on my initial call to the office. She quickly coordinated a male caregiver for my dad with challenging short shifts and quick turnaround time for SOC. She made a miracle happen for the trifecta of some of the biggest challenges of home care.
It was a seamless handoff to Linda who also was quick to call and get the history of my dad. She was comforting and empathetic on the phone and made everything seem not so overwhelming. She was great navigating my dad's resistance to care and provided great guidance and support.

Being an elderly person who lives alone with no family in state, I have had to hire multiple times to provide transportation to and from medical procedures, stay with me throughout, and provide overall supervision afterwards including preparing a light meal, doing light chores, and picking up the ordered prescriptions post-procedure. I was familiar with BrightStar from my work in the healthcare field so I chose them and they did not disappoint. I appreciate the intake process with Ursula, so needs can be evaluated.
