We found Assisting Hands and began 24/7 care for him in his unit, with 5 caregivers alternating shifts (one primary handling weekdays.). My sisters and I are very happy with each of the gentlemen that have worked with my dad so far. He hasn't made a peep about now having 24/7 caregivers.
