“First off, a huge thank you to FirstLight Home Care. Caleb met with our family to discuss our needs for our father and listened and exceeded those needs. We had Jeannette for 12 hours until our fulltime home care person was available. She was great and then we had the pleasure of having Alvan in our family home to take care of dad along side with hospice. “I have multiple visits now for home health covered by my health insurance after a major surgery. The care givers have all been knowledgeable W/ the task on hand. They were both good communicators as well, as far as an ETA When they were gonna arrive and if they were running late keeping me updated.
It's nice to know that help is on the way with this service, they really do a great job and are a big help! Thank you guys, great job!
