David Martinez coordinated my after hip replacement home care and it was smooth and seamless. The nurse and physical therapists were very gentle and eased me easily into in person therapy. I am happy to say I am almost back to fully functioning again! Thanks Team!
We discovered CareLink Home Health a few years ago when my father came home from after a hospital stay and needed continued care at home. Not only did they provide home visits from a doctor, a nurse, weekly PT, OT, and coordination of care, they also provided much needed caregiving services. Every single person we dealt with through this company was kind, caring, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. My family is extremely satisfied with the care they provide and we continue to feel safe and secure with every person they send our way. Carelink has been wonderful with my mother. The nurse, nurse aide, physical therapist and occupational therapist has been great. My mom likes them all. They helped with insurance to get my mom a walker delivered to her also. Carelink has been terrific taking care of my mom. They have her moving and walking again with her fractured leg injury.
