“My experience with Care in the Home was the best. My mom had surgery and care in the home was the Home Health company assigned to her. my mom was discharged on a Saturday. I called the number provided and I spoke to someone named Tracy and she got the ball rolling. My mom had an exceptional nurse, Thierry. She was very attentive and just wonderful. She even volunteered to pick my mom’s meds once. She coordinated my mom’s care with the doctor and got all my mom’s medical needs taken care of. Juan and Ewa were my mom’s physical therapists and they were more than wonderful. They got her back in shape in no time. I’m more than grateful for the care my mom received from Care in the Home. I think they are the best home health company in the Chicagoland area.“

“Our family have worked with few big home care companies to take care of our grandma but never been quite satisfied with the quality, attention and personal touch. Friend of mine mentioned about Affinity Home Care who's been taking care of his grandpa for couple years as live-in care providers and that on going attention to detail and a personal touch really been amazing him. I decided to call. The woman who runs this company has been a caregiver herself for over 15 years, has also worked at the hospital, is a Certified Senior Care Auditor as well as Licensed Employment Councelor. She explained that the company has three state licenses which allows them to offer clients options in getting a caregiver: one option is to hire an agency to provide the care which means that family is not liable for anything including professional liability, insurance if caregiver gets hurt on the job, bond, employment taxes, on going training, supervision,unemployment insurance, supervision. The other option is to hire a caregiver privately and paying an agency one time fee and after that paying caregiver directly with unlimited replacements for the same kind of care at no charge to the family. We've been with the company for a little over 10 months and are really happy, my grandpa really likes the caregiver company assigned and all my family feels relieved for the first time after a while. Their prices for the service we've been receiving are really decent. I've recommended them to my coworker who used them to find a caregiver and hire her privately. Her report back to me was that she was highly satisfied. I highly recommend this company for any home care needs.“
