“Our family have worked with few big home care companies to take care of our grandma but never been quite satisfied with the quality, attention and personal touch. Friend of mine mentioned about Affinity Home Care who's been taking care of his grandpa for couple years as live-in care providers and that on going attention to detail and a personal touch really been amazing him. I decided to call. The woman who runs this company has been a caregiver herself for over 15 years, has also worked at the hospital, is a Certified Senior Care Auditor as well as Licensed Employment Councelor. She explained that the company has three state licenses which allows them to offer clients options in getting a caregiver: one option is to hire an agency to provide the care which means that family is not liable for anything including professional liability, insurance if caregiver gets hurt on the job, bond, employment taxes, on going training, supervision,unemployment insurance, supervision. The other option is to hire a caregiver privately and paying an agency one time fee and after that paying caregiver directly with unlimited replacements for the same kind of care at no charge to the family. We've been with the company for a little over 10 months and are really happy, my grandpa really likes the caregiver company assigned and all my family feels relieved for the first time after a while. Their prices for the service we've been receiving are really decent. I've recommended them to my coworker who used them to find a caregiver and hire her privately. Her report back to me was that she was highly satisfied. I highly recommend this company for any home care needs.“
“LifeStyle Options have assisted with the care of my mother in law for the last few years. She was a resident at Luther Village in Arlington Heights. Their care allowed her to stay in her own home, safely, for a lot longer than we thought possible. They have been consistently caring and showed only the highest level of professionalism. Denise especially has gone above and beyond in making sure mom got to the beauty shop on time and checking on her whenever we couldn't reach her. I would recommend their services to anyone.
