The salesperson came out one evening after work so we didn't have to take time off, and he brought samples we could actually feel and compare. Pricing was clear, broken down per window so we understood what we were paying for. They told us six weeks for the windows to come in and it was almost exactly that. Install took two and a half days for sixteen windows. The crew lead introduced himself, walked through what they were going to do each day, and checked in with me before they left every evening. They put down floor protection in every room they worked in and hauled away all the old windows and debris. The end result is a house that looks more current from the outside and feels quieter and more comfortable inside.”
